Our volunteers are involved in just about everything that goes on at Leuchie. From assisting in the physiotherapy department, to helping in the kitchen and maintaining our grounds, our volunteers get stuck in.
Our volunteers come from all kinds of backgrounds and bring a wide range of different skills and perspectives that enhance our service.
Whatever skills you have and however much time you can spare, if you're a good listener, get on well with others, and you're committed and enthusiastic, you already have many of the skills we need.

Why volunteer with us
Leuchie is truly a place like no other, and our friendly team of volunteers make it extra special. In return for your time, we'll work on your confidence, improve your CV and offer invaluable work experience.
For some, volunteering at Leuchie gives them a reality check and a different lens through which to view the stresses of their working lives. Other volunteers say that it helps keep them connected and introduces them to lots of interesting people.
No matter their background, all of our volunteers tell us that they leave with full hearts and big smiles after spending time at Leuchie.

- Studying at university or college
- Temporarily out of the workforce
- Looking for a meaningful way to spend your free time
