How to book
We want to make sure we can provide the very best care for you. Please note, our bookings process can take 4 - 6 weeks.
1
Tell us about your care needs
The first step in booking your Leuchie break is to get in touch with our bookings team for a chat about your care needs and funding options. We'll ask you a few questions about your condition and the support you need which will help us determine if we think we can meet your care needs. If so, we'll also be able to confirm which of our six pricing bands applies to you, to be able to provide the level of care you need.
You can phone our bookings team on 01620 892864 or send them an email. They’ll also be able to tell you more about having a break at Leuchie, the care you can expect from us, and answer all your questions.
2
Complete the nurse’s assessment
After you've been in touch with our team, it's time to complete a nurse's assessment using the form below.
The assessment will ask some personal questions about your healthcare needs. All of this information will be kept confidentially.
Once you have completed the nurse's assessment, and we've confirmed you are eligible for a respite break at Leuchie, you can proceed to the next stage.
3
Confirm how the break will be funded
Once our nurses have reviewed your assessment, we'll follow up with you. This is an opportunity to cover any concerns you may have about funding, and other details about your holiday.
If we can provide you with everything you need, we'll move onto the next step.
4
Time to book your break!
Now for the fun part - holiday planning! We'll contact you to share available dates, and find a suitable 4, 7 or 11 night break at Leuchie House.
Our availability changes all the time, which is why our bookings team are the best people to advise on the most suitable time to plan your break. If your preferred dates are not available, we can add you to our waiting list.
We'll send you confirmation of your booking via email or post. Now, all that's left to do is look forward to your holiday.
Check out how other guests have spent their time at Leuchie House.
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions before booking.
We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance because whilst not impossible, it is very hard to fill last minute cancellations and as a small charity it is very difficult to carry the burden of wavering last minute cancellation fees.
