Built in 1779, Leuchie is a classic country mansion which is fully accessible, offering a welcoming, comfortable environment for guests and visitors. The large and airy public rooms have stunning views across the grounds and beautiful, original decorative features.

Our recently renovated bedrooms and public rooms are fully accessible with all the equipment you’d expect in fully accessible accommodation, as well as voice activated tech in each room.

People

Our nurses, care assistants, physios, OTs, enabling technologists, and catering staff are all based at Leuchie House. You'll also find our fundraising and bookings teams on-site. You'll see plenty of friendly faces, ready to help with anything you need.

Accommodation

Our bedrooms are bright and spacious, with electric profiling, height-adjustable beds to suit your needs. Each room includes a call point in every room with a personal alarm, a Smart TV, superfast free Wi-Fi, and Alexa voice-activated technology to control lights, curtains, TV and radio.

Oh, and we take care of the washing up with our fantastic laundry service, free of charge!

Catering

All of our meals are home cooked on site using vegetables and fruits from the Leuchie garden. We use local ingredients and suppliers where possible. Menus are adapted for individual dietary needs, and a team of care assistants and meal assistants are on hand to serve and assist you during your meal.

We offer delicious home baking which is a holiday highlight amongst our guests. On the final day of the holiday, we put on an afternoon tea in the quiet room and an evening dinner party with a special menu, followed by evening entertainment.
